PHA Young Leadership Committee Launch Party
Description
Sunday, August 23rd at 11 AM
Join us for an unforgettable morning as we launch the Phoenix Holocaust Association Young Leadership Committee — a new group dedicated to keeping the lessons of the Holocaust alive for the next generation.
Come as you are. Bring a friend. Hear from a local educator about how they teach the Holocaust in schools. Then hear directly from a Holocaust survivor as they share their personal story — an experience that is increasingly rare and profoundly irreplaceable. Whether you know a lot about the Holocaust or are just beginning to learn, this open house is a welcoming, no-pressure space for young people of all backgrounds to connect, ask questions, and be part of something meaningful.
What to expect:
• A survivor story told in an intimate, conversational setting
• An introduction to the Young Leadership Committee and how you can get involved
• Great company, light refreshments, and a space to explore at your own pace
The Holocaust must never be forgotten — and it's our generation's turn to carry that responsibility forward.
This event is open to all young professionals. No prior knowledge required — just curiosity and an open heart.
